On the Penn supplement it says:
"Answer the essay on a separate sheet of paper, confining answers to one page only (250 words)"

on another post, I read that the essay should be submitted single spaced. However, does that still mean I have to have 250 words, or is it alright as long as I have one page (single-spaced)?

Also, do I need to put a title on either essay (comm app/supplement), especially since on the supplement, space is so limited.

Where does it say 250 words??, there’s no way it can be that short

check on the common app, under supplements. I know it’s really relaly short…

NOOOOOO WAYYYY, i already wrote it, and its like 750 words, Is this new to this year or something??? and what happens if you do go over?? i’m sure they still read it

yeah mine was over 800…but check the common app. It says (250). I’m just hoping that 250 is just a reference, because I’d be happywith a page single spaced…a page double spaced just seems WAAAYY too short…
