Decisions are made on a rolling basis starting May 1.</p>
<p>What does this mean??</p>
<p>Does it mean that we get an advantage if we apply sooner?</p>
<p>it just means they start posting decisions on 5/1</p>
<p>so i can submit it the day b4 it's due and not be at a disadvantage?</p>
