Penn vs. Cornell in the social sciences

I am interested in the social sciences, and am trying to decide which of these schools two schools I will apply to Early Decision.

Which university do people think has better undergraduate social science programs (political science, history, international studies/relations, etc.)? Cornell or Penn?

Anyone who attends either institution want to give some input?

We have the PPE (Philosphy, Politics, and Economics Major) that is pretty good…i hear. I can’t tell you much about Cornell’s social sciences, but we are decent in that field.
