<p>Is the EFC calculated by Penn similar to the EFC from Collegeboard?
The school needs more resources to aid current students as the job loss increasing.
Many schools may change the formula to increase the EFC.</p>

<p>i think the efc at penn is finalized by the fafsa so w/e they tell u b4 u complete the fafsa is projected. the fafsa determines efc and then penn prolly has its own formula to calculate efc based on that.</p>
