Pennstate or TU Delft

I have got admits to the Msc in structural engineering at TU Delft and MEngg in structural at Pennstate... kinda wondering what to choose... but am inclined towards.. Delft...
Please put up your views..

I usually follow these tips when choosing a college, and it will work in your case as well hopefully:

 1. Which one has more added benefit?
 2. If both have an equal benefit, then look at which has a greater prestige.
 3. Now, is prestige enough to outweigh comfiness with the school? Is it able to satisfy and compromise for your feelings?
 4. Where do you see yourself in the near future? Is the school’s program strong enough to attain you that goal? (very big in my case).

With all that said, I would lean more toward TU Delft. It has a much better reputation and it is a superior university within the Dutch community: [TU Delft - TU Delft 17th in world top 50 of universities of technology](http://www.tudelft.nl/live/pagina.jsp?id=95c6d8aa-43e6-4122-87bc-d2cb11b2a380&lang=en)
It focuses on mainly engineering. But this is not to say Penn state doesn’t. In fact Penn state is one of 20 unis that get the most NSF funding for their engineering programs (grad and undergrad). It has a good program, but not that big of a persona as I would assume for Delft, since Delft is more geared towards what you are looking for. Structural engineering isn’t one of the big things at State. That’s all I can say.

thanks for that
