I already have submitted my schedule for junior year next year.

AP Chem
AP US History
AP Lang
AP Studio Art
Honors Pre-Calc
Spanish 3/4

This year I'm in
Art 3/4
AP World
Honors chem
Honors algebra 2
Honors English
Spanish 1/2

I had straight A's but one B in AP World last semester. Although this semester has been so horrible because of stupid AP world, everyone says AP US next year is better because there's less homework and easier tests. AP chem...ehh it's not as much as work as AP bio so that won't be too bad right? Pre calc honors and AP lang might be a problem depending on the teacher. (According to upperclassmen who took these classes)
So would it be that hard? Could I still maintain decent grades and a social life as well? I don't do many busy ECs and the sport I do is one season in the fall

You could probably maintain good grades, but I really can’t be the judge of that because it depends on your work ethic. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Your social life might suffer, but it depends more on how many extra curricular activities you’re in.

As you indicated in your post it really depends on your teacher. APUSH and AP Chem can either be the worst classes or best classes you can take at my school depending on the teacher.

APUSH just requires you to read 1000 pages over the course of the year. Well, there are assignments too. The subject is easy because it’s just memorization and no concepts. For AP Chem, you will need to read carefully and do lots of practice problems. Hardest AP test, if not AP Physics C, but the material isn’t that hard.

Oh, and just saying, I don’t think you should have too much of a problem with Pre-Calculus Honors. I know it sounds difficult, but for the most part, I’m having an easier time with it than I did with Algebra 2 Honors.

Pre Cal honors is too easy. If you had a strong time in Algebra 2, I suggest you to a tiny amount of self-studying and skip it. I wasted a whole year in Pre-Cal this year, which I should have skipped.

I think you can handle those classes. You should work hard and try to keep your grades up, but don’t let classes take over your social life completely. It really depends on what kind of student you are. My brother is constantly out of the house with friends and has clubs and sports every day, and he’s managing As in almost every class (I think, can’t say for sure what the exact grades are). Maybe he’s lucky, but this past year he’s stayed up really late every night with hours of homework.
