I have changed my address recently and one university has sent to me their decision already. They are probably sending it with DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.

Is it possible that man who moved in my previous apartment take that letter for me? OR i need to take that letter personaly?

from my experience, i can collect the DHL in somebody else's name, but iv only tried it when it was my own house, and the DHL was for my mom or dad. Call and ask DHL or fedex.

I don't know about DHL, but I got a FedEx package last week from a uni, and the FedEx man asked to see my identification. (Poor card. It was all warped.) I'm thinking FedEx is a little stringent about packages bein' received by the right person (which makes me worried cause I'm at school 5 days/week), but I think DHL's a little lenient.

What if aliens abducted the postman? OH NOES ...

If nobody is home- they'll leave a slip notifying you that they attempted to deliver it. They'll try again the next day I think, or you can just call them and collect it.
