Hi guys, im trying to crash into this math class and today, there were about 6 people that were enrolled in the class that did not show up to the class. Is it highly likely that they will not show up for the 2nd time? the class is at 8-10 pm so im not rlly sure..thanks again

It depends on the C.C at my C.C the professor will overload a class knowing people will drop.

Ala one math class had 40 seats and he enrolled 55 people it all depends on the professor really.

There is also no way to predict 6 random people who don’t know about. You can bet 3 will show up and 3 won’t if you want just a 50/50 shot

o i c…well im just trying to figure out why they did not show up…im hoping they will not show up the 2nd time cuz the professor said he would add people based on how many spots are open

Even if there aren’t enough spots for you tomorrow (next class), people will drop in the first 5-8 weeks. Especially in a math class. So if you don’t get the spot and you absolutely need the class this spring, ask the professor about hanging out for the first 5 weeks at your own risk and it will work out.

i tried to get into a stats class, that had probably 15 people sitting on the floor because all the desks were taken. Even without being on the wait list, I got in because so many people dropped. If its a high level class, stick with it for a while and you’ll probably be in.

o alright, thanks for the info guys…well the class had around 4 open seats even with the crashers…so im hoping everything will turn out alright…i mean i had this professor from before and hes a real nice guy and added almost everybody in the class i had with him before. Plus so many people are trying to crash into classes this semester i dont think they would hesitate on not showing up to class if they were really serious about attending the class. but thats just my opinion
