<p>Yeah, I'm from FL too and I haven't gotten anything either.</p>
<p>Finally, came in today's mail in Connecticut - waitlisted. </p>
<p>Not what I was hoping for. The letter suggests you may want to seek admission in Oxford. Anybody out there have an opinion on how that rates in comparison with just going to another school - choices at this point include Wake Forest and Washington & Lee. Anyone have any opinions about those two?

<p>lovemykids - Wake Forest and W&L have great reputations in the South. I would have been glad for my daughter to attend either one, but they weren't her style. Both schools are superior to Oxford, unless he wants to go to Emory badly enough to do Oxford first. (Oxford is only 600 students and it's fairly isolated.) Personally, I would attend Wake or W&L and transfer.</p>
<p>Still waiting in Pennsylvania. But I am 98% sure I am attending Notre Dame though.</p>

<p>havent found out yet, and i live in FL. xindianx, i was waitlisted from 3 universities, deferred from 2 , and rejected from one. i know how you feel...dont worry.</p>
<p>Nothing came today either!!....I was rejected from 8 univerisites (Cornell UPENN Dartmouth NWestern Vanderbilt Johns Hopkins Duke & Georgetown), waitlisted at 2 (WUSTL and Rice) and only accepted into Rutgers....Emory is the last university...and it still hasn't come!!!</p>
<p>I think they come out in waves of Acceptances, Waitlisting, and Rejections. That is why all the people who have heard already have been basically Accepted and waitlisted. The ones that are rejected most likely live close to Emory, so they recieve their mail first.</p>
<p>maybe whoever didnt get it yet is going to be rejected...seems plausible as all the acceptances have been celebrating, and many waitlists are coming in today....ure thoughts?</p>
<p>My mom actually called them today, they said that if it doesn't come by Friday, we can go to the office of undergraduate admissions and they'll tell us from there (I'll be in GA anyway this weekend visiting UGA).</p>

<p>Why not write an e-mail to your regional admissions officer as well as Dean Walls? This info is provided on the admissions website.</p>
<p>I emailed dean last week, and called today getting conflicting info, receptionist said last letters mailed Monday 3/3. Assistant dean said mailed 31. He also said they would not fax accpetance or rejections unil the April 14</p>
