<p>Has UNC received your transcript/sat scores?</p>
<p>My school sent my transcript and guidance rec two weeks ago... and my SAT scores were sent 10 days ago (Penn State already got mine transcript and SAT scores)...</p>
<p>Yet my account says nothing has been received yet. Does it take a day or two to process all the stuff after I make the account? Or do some of you guys already have that guys marked as received by UNC?</p>

<p>mine aren’t showing up either I think it just takes a while for them to sort through everything they have and get everything in your file I wouldn’t worry about it plus all of that stuff they said could be in by the start of November the only thing do right on the deadline was the application itself</p>
<p>I had a big problem with stuff getting lost last year, and I would say to give them about another two weeks. If they haven’t received your materials a month after you submitted them, I would try sending them again. If things still don’t show up in another few weeks, definitely call. Definitely don’t freak out for now, though. My counselor statement didn’t get submitted until early January because it kept getting lost. That’s when you should freak out. But definitely give them time, because they’re likely getting a lot more applications than normal due to now accepting the common app. </p>
<p>From my personal experience with admissions last year, they’re not super helpful. Emailing anyone might not get you a response quickly (or ever), so if you really need to talk to someone, make sure to call.</p>
<p>How long does it take after you apply for them to send you the details to set up your account?</p>
<p>Yeah mine is not updated as well. Give them some time. They have to process thousands of applications. I got my UNC account 2 days ago. I do not expect them to process all my materials I sent in just 2 days.</p>

<p>The admissions office said let 4-6 weeks to process the materials. I am having the same issue, but slowly the materials are showing up.</p>

Also (to the person who asked about the myUNc account) I sent admissions an email asking that same question because I submitted my application on Oct 14th and have not received the myUNc email. They said I should get the email this weekend because my application is still being processed.</p>
<p>My daughter applied on the 15th and got her myUNC account set up info (via email) on the 16th. Today, everything showed up, including ACT scores that we had sent on the 17th. BUT they have her major listed as the completely wrong major. The to do list also says nothing to do. We may have to call about the major but from what I’ve read on their website blogs, they say it can take 1-2 weeks for everything to show up from CommonApp. I never read 4-6 weeks anywhere, so I don’t know about it taking that long or not.</p>
<p>OhioMom, they apparently don’t use the listed major for evaluative purposes-- just to assign an advisor if you end up going to UNC. They didn’t even have my major listed, so I asked and they told me to chose something random, and then call them to swap if I go to UNC.</p>

<p>Guidance Rec and transcript still not up…</p>
<p>My son’s UNC status check says there are no items in the “to do” area, but there’s nothing reporting that the transcript, test scores, etc. have been received. How can you tell that those items are in?</p>
<p>Have you already sent those items? On the admissions site it says that if nothing is on your to-do list, then they have received the materials.</p>
