*****people who got accepted/rejected with supplemental questionnaire***

For those who received supplemental, what was your final decision?
Accepted/Rejected?
Stats?
Think the supplemental helped u?

Did you get in? Last year my cousin got into UCLA with the supplement. She was rejected from UCI, so it absolutely helped her. (I didn’t apply to LA).

last year 5 got supplements and I was the only on to get in and this year at my school 3 kids got and they all got in

i got ucla supplement
& got in today

i got REJECTED.

my essays would have made you cry.

i got in with them. first essay I talked about how I was the first person in San Diego to win the state championship in the state of California in oratorical interpretation. second essay, talked about bipolar disorder in my family and how five of my friends were murderd in gang violence.

I actually got in, despite not writing any essays.

^ Wow. That’s impressive. Which supplement did you get/what were your stats?

Hm… I don’t know about what type of supplement I got, but here’s kinda the page I got:

A. Essay response (limit 600 words/4000 characters per essay)

[Prompts and essay are here.]

B. Supporting Information

I remember I missed the first deadline, so they allowed me an extension. Truthfully though, I didn’t know I had to fill in the Part B though. I mean, a supplement is a supplement, right?

I think perhaps, the main reason I got in is because my senior year is quite rigorous in comparison with many other seniors. (Although at I times, I wish it wasn’t so… T_T Chemistry is kicking my butt… so in the end… I might get rejected.)

I got in with one

I got in, but I’m not sure if it’s because of the supplement. I got in to all the other colleges (UCD, UCI, UCR, NYU, Vassar) I applied to, too.

You are so lucky. I got rejected with the supplement. I thought my grades were really good:
