Do people with scores of around 1480 (680V+800M) generally get in or is that score just too low for columbia SEAS to even consider? If u haven't made it out already....that's my score. Well, actually, 2220(1480 + 740W)

...suck....

i actaully thought 1480 was a very good score for cu. if you're worring i guess i should just start crying and shaking

Is a 1480 high enough to get me into CC?

(I know there are A LOT of other factors...but I just want to know if I HAVE to to have a 1500+ to get accepted)

Well the average SAT for Harvard and Yale is only like a 1490. A 1480 won't wow anyone, but if it's part of a good application, you definitely have a great chance.

Ok...I just wanted to make sure that it was feasible...

according to the Columbia viewbook the middle 50% of admitted students had:

for CC, an SAT range of 1320-1510
for SEAS, an SAT range of 1410-1530

so as long as ur w/in that range (or higher, obviously) u should be fine

That number's up to 1360-1530 I think for CC I think...

Howzabout ACT?

That score is definitely good enough.

what about 2190 (670C,800M,720W12E) single sitting? Combined - 2250 (w/ 730 CR)...

are you kidding me... i'm sorry, i gotta get away from this site

"are you kidding me... i'm sorry, i gotta get away from this site"

lol classic. but seriously people...if you are applying to columbia i think its reasonable to assume that your know how to think.. SAT stats are availble to anyone.. make your own judgements lol

ali_liu, you have a 1530!
