<p>I am still stuck on the "being review by admission commitee status". I have not had a change to forwarded and back, it's just been on that since as long as I can recall.</p>
<p>People from my school ( in socal) today received letters, whereas i have yet to get a letter.</p>
<p>Anybody else in this situation, mostly concerning the status?</p>
<p>Also, when is the next "wave" being sent out? Tomorrow? Should people in socal expect them on saturday?</p>

<p>ME TOO! I’ve been on the reviewed status since December… Was never forwarded. Honestly I expected to get my letter on Monday. There were people at my school who have gotten accepted already who are less qualified than me. But who really knows how they do this whole selection process…</p>

<p>Don’t they send out letters based on how much thy like you? Like, first scholarships then rd more qualified, less qualified, spring admits, rejections… Ugh</p>

<p>Same boat as you guys. I don’t know whether it’s a good or bad sign. Seeing as how I haven’t heard of anyone who has been accepted this year without their status changing, I’m beginning to lean toward the latter.</p>
<p>I have been reviewed ever since I applied back before the scholarship deadline… but today it just changed to “forwarded for committee review” so maybe they are still changing people’s statuses so I wouldn’t think auto-rejection yet</p>
<p>How much time do we have left for changes? A week? Two weeks?</p>

<p>That’s encouraging. They do have a lot of applicants, so they might just not have gotten through all of them yet.</p>
<p>i wouldnt worry so much, b/c 1. ive spoken to people who have been accepted by a letter adn their status still says “being reviewed etc” and 2. they might send the acceptances in random order, but i know that nobody from my school has heard yet, or anyone else in CT that i know of. i also heard there are waves supposedly coming this friday and next… im glad we are all in the same boat haha its comforting</p>

Exactly one week ago, I called them to see if they got my official transcript…
They didn’t; which was weird because I sent it over a month ago.
So, I told them that I sent it, and while the admission operator was on the phone, guess what they found, my official transcript.
So now, I’m practically a month behind from being admitted.
Anyways, the next day, USC gave me the “Your application’s been forwarded for committee review” message, and it hasn’t changed yet.
But, I’m not really surprised if I don’t get in.
My grades are horrible; pretty much, my entire USC admission rests upon my extra-curricular activities.</p>
<p>i’m glad to see i’m not the only one in this position. i really hope we hear soon! I know a “wave” was supposed to go out tomorrow but it looks like one was sent on tuesday…who knows if they’ll send another one tomorrow or not</p>

Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by April 1. If for some reason you don’t receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning April 11th.</p>
<p>If so, don’t worry about it. I don’t think it bears any indication to your likelihood of being accepted. (I’m not an admissions officer, but I still see this status myself xD)</p>
