<p>To be honest, showing your interest in the JHU Pep Band will have little impact on your application specifically because it is the JHU Pep Band. Stating on your application that you have a specific interest in a JHU organization is not going to play a role.</p>
<p>However, it is important to note that when filling out your application make sure to detail your activities in school and which activities you will be interested in getting involved in. Your "resume" is an important part of the application and a question of what a student will contribute when they enroll at Hopkins is also critical. But specific activities do not play a role.</p>
