<p>Pepperdine was my number one choice…Why is this happening to me. :(</p>

<p>I was waitlisted! Pepperdine was my first choice!! And I’m not going to lie, I cried for hours! I really had my heart set on going </3 I did accept a place on the waitlist, but waiting until June to find out is not going to keep me from going to a school (Rollins College) who really wants me and accepted me with a fantastic scholarship! </p>

3.9 GPA
1890 SAT
Lots of work experience, volunteer work, spanish club, pro-life club, NHS member, summer camp counselor etc
APs: US History, Calculus, English, and Environmental Science
From NY, first generation college student</p>

No AP classes, 2 Honors classes
Took sports medicine and Advanced sports med in school along with honors anatomy/ physiology which i think helped me
2x All American Swimmer, Varsity swim/ water polo. Leadership. Mission trips to Tijuana to build homes. and ive got an award in my name, which i think was the icing on the cake to be honest, because my GPA was far from stellar</p>
