hey, i was just curious... what kind of stats do kids applying/getting accepted to pepperdine like? SAT, SATII, ACT, GPA, Rank,EC, etc... i'm still a junior, but im narrowing down my college choices... pepperdine is seems pretty cool... its hard to find a Christian college thats known for its academics...

another thing, whats up with that acceptance rate? 20something percent (i forget the number, but i knew it was around there...) but isnt there avg SAT pretty low for that (like 1200something... again i forgot... lol)

I am a freshman at Pepperdine. In high school I had a 3.8 GPA (Unweighted) and a 1240 on the SAT. At Pepperdine I would say that is around average, possibly a little below. I have met people here with 1100s on the SAT and 1580s on it. There is a big spectrum of scores, etc. I would say that it is getting more competitive to get in because Pepp is becoming more well known. When I was deciding on schools it was down to Pepp and Wheaton (in Illinois). Wheaton has a way higher SAT and GPA average than Pepp, but its acceptance rate is higher because it is less well known. If you are looking for a Christian school with good academics, Pepperdine and Wheaton are both good options. Good luck!
