I am currently a freshman at Creighton University. It was my last choice and while I'm fine with the environment, I know I can be happier and better off elsewhere. I'm bringing over 29 credit hours from my high school (Nationally ranked, all boy catholic school). Therefore I'm technically a sophmore here at Creighton and indeed half of my classes I find myself to be the only freshman in.
Pepperdine is my dream school and they take applications for the second semester. My SAT is 1320 (600 reading 720 math). What held me back into getting in was my GPA of 3.0 because my high school was so rigorous. Therefore when I apply for the second semester, my high school grades will show, but I can guarantee that my college grades will be good. My question is what kind of timeline do I need to follow for a succesful transfer? This includes like reaching out to the office of admissions, essays etc.

I’m a freshman at Chapman University in Orange and I’m wondering the same question. Do you need 30 credits for consideration? I will only have 15 credits by the time of application in January, due to only having one semester under my belt.
