pepperdine university

Is Pepperdine a good university that can guarantee jobs after an undergrad?

No college can guarantee that.

Edit: Well, the service academies can . . . .

I have 3 nieces and nephews who graduated from Pepperdine.

  1. Went on to Vanderbilt and is currently an MD
  2. Went on to obtain a Masters degree in criminal justice and works in Malibu
  3. Is currently getting ready to interview with Google after graduating last year

Thank you very much Mascott. That was really helpful, I’ll take that into consideration.

Oh wow! Thank you, I need to look for other options now.

Pepperdine may not fit you. Please look at their website and note some of their requirements.

I checked it. It looked really cool though

You are also required to have 3 courses in religion before graduation.

You are okay with that?

Are you also okay with their fees? $66K per year.

I am interested in building my Christian faith definitely. I am an international student, looking for scholarships at the moment. I was told that Pepperdine offers major scholarships.

Why would you assume they wouldn’t be?

^^Because it doesn’t sound like the OP has completely read through the website information.

Some students aren’t aware that Pepperdine has some religion course requirements.

Some students aren’t aware of the COA being at a very high rate.

I think this depends on what your country needs for its employees. You are not guaranteed to have a job in the US.
