<p>I am thinking of applying to Pepperdine but am hearing mixed reactions about the religion aspect. I currently go to a Jesuit High School so I am used to the religious influence in education. Is it true that you have to go to church 14 times a semester? Is it a strict campus? Any other things I should know?</p>

<p>its alcohol-free and you have to go to these convocations every week... they're usually about religious topics from what i understand. In general i hear the student body is really conservative and rich. I was gonna apply there at first (it's in a real beautiful location but...), due to all of the above I chose not to waist my moeny</p>
