<p>A high percentage, of course, but Harvard specifically says it has no minimum grade requirements, and no minimum test score requirements, because your application will be considered in its overall context. Different high schools have different courses, and different students do different things to challenge themselves beyond their high school curriculum. Good luck.</p>

<p>yeah, with grades varying so much, there’s really no way to answer that. Just keep in mind almost every applicant will be a straight A to A+ student.</p>
<p>I don’t think so, not every school has rampant grade inflation. And there are probably students like my son who could have gotten A’s in English (or some other field they hated) but chose not to.</p>
<p>I agree with mathmom. Mine definitely doesn’t have grade inflation, so 3.8 to 4.0 (one person) was competitive for Harvard this year.</p>
