<p>Depends on your potential to do better on the SAT by retaking it. If you made a lot of careless errors and didn’t prep much, then by all means retake it. I got a 2360 (2370 superscore) after getting a 2250 the first time, and it has opened many doors for me in terms of admissions and (especially) scholarships. If that 710 in math came after hundreds of hours of SAT prep, though, then chances are you won’t do much better retaking it.</p>
