<p>I would definitely check out West Chester University! Their music department is tops, and their marching band rocks my world. A senior in high school and am in marching band as well, we always look forward to seeing their band. West Chester is maybe 3 hours away from you. </p>
<p>They also offer a lot of other majors and are especially known for their education department. Because it is a state school, it is less expensive. For out of state, it is about $15,000 a year (not counting the extra expenses).
