<p>I'm looking to transfer from NYU to a university in california as an acting/drama major. does berkeley have a good reputation of its theater/acting/drama department?</p>
<p>A friend of mine is in one of those majors and she was very impressed by the faculty. Overall, Berkeley has a great reputation. </p>
<p>Berkeley is a better place to live than New York and a lot more films are made on the West Coast.</p>
