Hello, I’m an international student living in the US.
My parents live outside of the US but since they have legal custody, should I put their address for the permanent address section? Or should I put the address in the US?
I tried asking CollegeBoard but they just sent back gibberish

Your address is your address. Your parents’ address is their address. They might not be the same.
If you are minor and have a legal guardian, then that is your permanent home, right? If you are an adult, you can establish a legal residence. For FA purposes, the state or school might define your permanent residence another way, but you can establish a permanent residence for yourself for voting, paying taxes, getting a driver’s license, registering your car.
He isn’t voting - he is an international living with his aunt for high school.
