Permanent resident chances

I currently have a green card and am not a citizen of the United States. I have been educated in the US since I was in fifth grade. Do you think by having a green card instead of citizenship, it will lower my chance in gettingn accepted into a college?

It shouldn’t matter since just about everywhere in college admissions, citizens and permanent residents are grouped together. Also you don’t have to take the TOEFL.

No, I am a premanent resident as well. My counsellor said even illegals can enroll in certain universities, so your state of citizenship should not hurt u. No worries:)
