Permanent residents = international in a college admission process?

Hi.
As the title says, I am a US permanent resident, but not US citizenship.
I started to study in the US since I was a 9th grader in a high school, and I gained permanent residency in the summer of becoming 10th grade. I am wondering, in my case, will I be considered as an international applicant, US applicant, or even different applicant(such as, permanent residency without citizenship.)

Thanks

That really depends on each college’s policy, but most of time PR in the US are treated as domestic students.
Congrats getting GC by the way.

Thank you!

Being a permanent resident is the same as being a citizen wrt college applications. It’s really good because it’s much more competitive for internationals and there’s little financial aid.
