<p>Hey guys, one more quick question. I can't register for Accounting, Finance, and a few other courses because it says I need to contact the respective department for a permit. I'm not really worried about taking these now (I'm going to be a transferring sophomore), but I do want to know about the process. Do these permit restrictions exist once you're a continuing student, or is it only for new students/transfers?</p>
<p>I don’t think there are permit restrictions for intro accounting and finance classes. If you are signing up for honors of 200 levle courses then I think you need to get permission for them. You might not need permission once you are in the major though.</p>
