<p>Examples: rank achieved in Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc; a business you started (pet sitting, babysitting, etc); something cool you did on your own, like building a robot or writing a novel or sewing your own clothes or building your own computer. Basically, anything that highlights your unique talents or strengths.</p>
