Right before Thanksgiving (Nov. 19) I sent in my personal application to Tulane University. It says that I would receive an expedited admissions decision, and well over two months later I have no decision and no e-mail correspondance coming from them. It says on "Gibson Online" that all materials are in. I just wanted to know if it is normal for them to take this long to get back and if there was a specific deadline that they notify all personal application students? Thanks for the help!

I don’t know exactly how it read, but I was under the impression they promised an expedited decision if you applied EA before Nov. 15 or something like that. In any case, it sounds like they are starting to inform people of decisions on a continuing basis again. What are your stats?

Thanks for your help.

No problem. They are considering you in the RD pool, so there is really no predicting when you will hear except by April 1. It will likely be sooner, but your ACT is at the lower end for Tulane students (25th %). They are probably waiting to see how this class is shaping up, since there is limited space this year compared to last year.
