<p>Okay, I got an email from Tulane to use their personal application and filled out and submitted part one without much thought. Then I looked into Tulane more(a school which I had not considered at all) and it doesn't appeal at all. Would it be really bad if I just never submitted part 2 or sent my transcript? Or should I just do it and know that I definitely don't want to go there?</p>
<p>Once you have an online account you can probably withdraw your application by checking a box. Or you can maybe email the admissions to let them know you don’t want to be considered. Otherwise you might get a rejection letter in the spring, but there’s probably no other consequences.</p>
