I just finished reading your application for admission to the University of Washington. Outstanding! I am sure that you and your family were justifiably proud of your perfect SAT scores. I too applaud you for them. However, the IB Diploma track and what sounds like pretty good jazz fusion guitar playing are even better.

In any case, I congratulate you upon your fine application. You will be receiving a formal letter from me shortly. In the meantime, I want you to know that I appreciate your accomplishments and am happy that you are considering the UW among your college options.

Warmest regards

Assistant Vice President for Enrollment
Director of Undergraduate Admissions

Does this mean I'm in? Did anyone else get a personal email? :D

So you really have a perfect SAT score? 2400? Then no wonder he’s sending you this. Last year, if I remember correctly, UW only had 4 applicants (or admits? well I dont see the reason why they wouldnt admit everyone with that score) with perfect SAT score, and they clearly made note of that. Well, congrats…seems like they really want you in. a big scholarship possibly…

Just an update - I emailed Dr. Ballinger, and he confirmed that even though my online status hasn’t changed to “reviewed”, I have been admitted. Awesome!
