Personal Expenses

How much does a student spends in average with Personal expenses in Canada?
I want to study in memorial newfoundland university, is 4100 canadian dollars a realistic amount per year?

If you are talking about money left after paying for travel to and from the university, residence including a meal plan, tuition and books, $4100 should be more than fine. The only expenses that would be necessities would be personal toiletries and money for laundry. The rest is spending money for things like clothes, food that is not covered by the meal plan and travel. If you are staying on campus, you shouldn’t need money for travel.

Thank you for the answer.
I would live on campus and the $4100 per month would be used to clothes, food, entertainment…
