Personal possessions at USAFA

<p>Sorry if this question has been asked before, but how soon into a 4-dig’s year can he/she bring in a personal possession like a guitar? I’m not even sure if this is allowed, but I’ll leave that for the pros to answer =)</p>

<p>Don't bring it on I-day, but I would think that it would be good to bring something like that on Parent Weekend.</p>

<p>Ok...so can my cadet have a laptop we are a MAc family so can she have a MAC laptop after BCT or does USAFA supply the computer?</p>

<p>She'll be issued a computer (it won't be a Mac).</p>

<p>You'll basically be married to your issued laptop. I say leave everything else at home... you really have no need for it. And if you desperately need a Mac, you can download Mac settings onto your computer (that's what I did and now my little fugitsu is pretty legit).</p>

<p>I know a bunch of cadets here who have personal computers here too. Mainly 4-digs. ;)</p>
