Personal Statement - Communism & Socialism too controversial?

<p>Hey guys, </p>

<p>I think this is my first time starting a thread, so I might have posted in the wrong category :D</p>

<p>Anyways, I wrote a personal statement about how socialism isn't as bad as everyone thinks it is (being financially equal). Also, there's some stuff about how the rich is too rich etc. This is just a really basic outline of my statement. </p>

<p>I'm worried that I may seem like someone who's preaching for socialism or communism? Would this be too controversial of a topic, considering that most of the people at the top universities are in the upper class? </p>

<p>I'm not done writing it yet, but I was hoping that one of you guys could proof read it :D? Please let me know if you are interested.</p>

<p>Its ok if the PS is about an issue u care about, even if it is controversial, but the focus, once again, should be on YOU, not on the said issue.</p>
