So I’m starting to write my personal statement for college, and I don’t know if my topic is controversial or not?
The gist of it is this: my friend came out of the closet, and I learned to become more open minded about the LGBTQ community and not a total close-minded ass. Should I go for it, or is it too out there? Any thoughts would be great, honestly. Thanks!
I think its ok as long as u mention it’s made u reconsider your position on a lot of biases u held, not just LGBTQ.
