<p>I'm going to be attending UCF next Spring and I am wondering how students with pets make it. I have a long-term boyfriend who I would room with and a kitty. I would obviously be denied student housing, so which complex would be best? I would like to be as close to the school as possible.</p>

<p>UCF does NOT have any coed dorms. However, I’m fairly certain that all of the off-campus student housing complexes are fine with coed units so long as all the residents in the unit agree to it. You could check out Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Point, they are UCF affiliated offcampus complexes. These two are often the butt of running jokes because of crime and poor security and conditions in the past but they have improved a lot, are extremely close to the campus, and cheaper than most of the other complexes. there are a few others nearby to check out as well.</p>
