Petroleum Engineering Transfer Admission

I am currently an ACC student with a 3.85 and about to finish the summer session with a 3.9. I have 49 hours completed, although a portion of these hours are not applicable to PETE curriculum. I will be applying this spring to UT, TAMU, TTU, OU and LSU. Even considering UH. At the time of my application, I will have the below listed hours completed and be concurrently enrolled.

Completed:

CHEM I, II
CALC I
HIST I, II
GOVT I
ENGL I, II
PHYS GEOL
22 HRS Electives

Enrolled at time of application:

CALC II
ENGR PHYS I
GOVT II

I have 10 years experience in the field drilling for several Texas companies. During the last downturn, I decided to back to school. I live in Austin and would prefer to go to UT, but I will relocate if necessary. Unfortunately, I would have to relocate without my wife and two children because of my wife's employment. So, I would greatly appreciate any information about transfer admission that anyone can provide concerning the above mentioned schools. I know it varies from applicant pool to applicant pool. One of my concerns is the fact that I will not have ENGR PHYS II completed nor will be enrolled at time of application. Any insight would be great. Thank you, in advance.
