<p>My GPA is not the best (2.3), I am in a two yr. coummunity College and want to transfer to a University or attend a Trainning school such as ITT, University of Phoenix etc... or any that would offer Petroleum Engineering. </p>
<p>I need help in choosing a University or a Trainning school in California.
Will the amount I get paid when I start working depend on which school I go to? (University vs Trainning School). </p>
<p>Which University that offer Petroleum Engineering is easier to get in to (anywhere in the U.S)?</p>
