I have submitted my CSS profile and FAFSA, and will soon send out my 2015 tax returns for UPENN, but overlooked the deadline for the Penn Financial Aid Supplement (PFAS), thinking it would be due later than Feb 1st. Will I still be able to submit the PFAS late? How will this impact my financial aid situation?
