I know I can still recover if I transfer because the bad grades won't follow. I plan on going to community college for one year because of financial resaons. Is it better to go to a college with a full pharmacy program and school, or transfer into a regular college and apply to different pharmacy schools? Do some pharmacy schools have benefits for students who attend their colleges and apply rather than applying from a different college? I need help making this decision.

Not sure where you got the idea that grades won’t follow- they will. You are obligated to report every grade from every school on any application to professional schools.

Sorry to burst your bubble but you have been sadly misinformed.

eadad is correct. You are probably thinking about credits transferring and affecting your GPA at different schools, but when you apply to pharmD programs you generally have to report all of your grades from all post-secondary schooling. I think SOME schools might only require you to report the grades of your pre-requisite classes, but any school that uses PharmCAS will see all of your grades from all schools.

Some 2+4 programs prefer students that went to their school for the pre-reqs because they know exactly what education those students have received. Going to the same university as that pharmD programs may help, but I personally wouldn’t use it as a deciding factor. Call schools and ask them if they prefer students from their own schools if you really want to know. I highly doubt any school has any monetary benefit for having gone to their school for undergrad/pre-reqs. The only benefit would be if you gained in-state residency in the process.
