Pharmacy

Northeastern is one of a handful of 0-6 Pharmacy schools in the country. I’m a sophomore who is looking into the school; however, information about the competitiveness of admissions to the pharmacy school is hard to come by. If anyone who got into, or was rejected by, the pharmacy school could post their stats, I would be very grateful.

Thanks,

I love it how you post the same question for every pharm school out there! ;]

Anyways, I'm a senior in h.s. right now who's planning to major in pharm. I got into Northeastern University for pharm among other various pharm schools. The school is too expensive for me so I'm gonna attend St. John's since they gave me a full package. I live in NYC by the way.

If you're interested, I have a 3.8 (a little higher than a 93) with a 1350. I would have completed 5 aps by the time I graduate this year. (chem, calc bc, u.s. history, english, and physics) I've done science research , captain of my section for marching band, key club, and other misc activities.

Since you're still only a sophmore, I feel that you have a lot of time to explore what you want to do. I'm choosing pharm b/c it really is the only career that fits my personality. Plus, I want a life/family so pharm is perfect for me. I really like chem too. The salary is a bonus. =]

Gluck deciding!

Our son is a senior in h.s. and will be entering Northeastern's PharmD program in the fall. He has a 3.2 GPA, 2060 SAT (740/640/680) and took 5 AP classes. He applied RD. Northeastern was his first choice because of its co-op program and location in Boston.
