<p>I would assume that English R1A will fill up more quickly than others, as R1A/R1B is a requirement that needs to be fulfilled by ALL undergraduates. Also, they just changed the requirement policy on the L&S website:</p>
<p>“Beginning fall 2011, juniors and seniors who have failed to meet the R&C requirement will be blocked from enrolling in future semesters.”</p>
<p>If you’ve yet to fulfill it, I would definitely suggest you sign up for an R1A course for Phase 1.</p>
<p>Physics 7A tends to fill up quickly and is definitely a Phase 1 class.</p>
<p>I don’t believe that you can take Math 1B before Math 1A. As for Math 1A, there were only a few spots remaining when I tried enrolling.</p>
