Just found out a class I scheduled in phase 1 at CalSo conflicts with a class I HAVE to take and will sign up for in Phase II. Is it possible for me to adjust what I'm signed up for now (meaning, cancel class 1 at bad time and sign up for same class at a different time) or do I have to wait until Phase II to make this adjustment?

You can change your class that you need to change during open hours in Phase 1. Just change it before Phase 1 ends. If you are an entering freshman, then open hours is whenever Telebears is available for usage.

oh, excellent, thanks, I thought once you signed up you were closed out! I'll check telebears to see if I can get back in.

You can change your classes around when telebears is open, I know I had to.

When is Phase II for most incoming freshmen?

Is it just open on the weekdays or all the time? I went in a little while ago and could cancel the course, but got nervous I wouldn't be able to enroll in another course right away, so I didn't hit "cancel". But I couldn't enroll (it came up with "error" when I tried) -- not sure if it's because I already have my phase 1 limit or not. I'd hate to cancel then find out I can't immediately enroll. Should I wait until Monday and call my academic advisor (wonder if they are around?!?) to help walk me through it?

elcamino, my phase 2 starts on the 27th but I think it's staggered or something.

it's probably your phase 1 limit. :(

elcamino, mine happens to be the 26th. I'm pretty sure Beatchick is right, it's staggered and relevant to when your phase 1 took place.
