Hi, if anybody could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. After enrolling/waitlisting my intended schedule, it turned out like this. I have 9 units enrolled and 18 units total. The waitlisted classes are a 5 unit Japanese class and a 4 unit English class. Right now there are 3 out of 22 enrolled in the Japanese class with 7 people including me waitlisted, and in the English class there are 16 out of 17 enrolled and 2 (including me) waitlisted people. telebears says that I have to enroll more, but of course I can't because that would exceed the 19.5 limit. I was just wondering what I should do, if anything. Again any help would be appreciated.

I don’t think you can enroll more anyway, since the Phase II limit is 16 units:

1) 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 = 16 (limit)
2) 4 + 4 + 4 + 3 = 15 (below 16, therefore can still add one class)

Hopefully you understand the illustration haha. So once you’re over 16 you can’t add any more (e.g. you have 18 so you can’t add). Don’t worry about what Telebears says, once you start getting off waitlists during the adjustment period everything will work out. It’s only if by the registration date (somewhere in September) you don’t fulfill the minimum units that they will say something.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong (:
