<p>Hi can anyone tell me what my chances are of getting into a PhD EE program? Specifically the following:</p>

UCB
SCU ( A researcher here has already shown interest in my work)
Cal Tech</p>
<p>My undergrad GPA was 3.32 and my MS GPA was 3.43. During my undergrad I worked a 1 year Co-Op with a pretty large semiconductor company and during my MSEE I worked full time in a very well known defense companies R&D group (who has very close ties to Stanford). I have letters of recommendations from Sr. Managers, Fellows, and a VP. In the past two years my company has also submitted two inventions to the USPTO where I am co-inventor on one and the inventor of the other. Both are IC devices.</p>
<p>I still need to take the GRE.</p>
