Hello all,

Sorry for the confusing title, although it seems like I'm fairly scattered on my intent, it has been something I've thought about for quite some time... I am looking at a semi-wide array of graduate programs, with the ultimate goal of attaining a PhD in finance, international business, or management with a focus in entrepreneurship and I wanted to get everyone's feedback as to what my chances are...

I graduated from a small state school in Maryland in 2009 w/ a B.S. in Finance GPA = 3.91

My Work experience consists mainly of working on a regional ocean beach patrol during the summers and also working as a public school teacher in a major city (very difficult work environment) and completing the program "Teach for America" for those who are familiar, I also completed a teacher training program in reference to that. This year I am working abroad for the Spanish Government, teaching English & studying Spanish & I plan to apply to programs for Fall 2013

I recently took the GRE and did not score as well as I hoped the first time out, I will most likely retake...

Verbal = 159
Quantitative = 151
Writing = 4.5 (73rd percentile)

I also haven't yet taken the GMAT but I am in the process of studying & I plan to take it within the next couple weeks...

As far as PhD / Masters programs, I am interested in applying to a variety of programs in the fields of international business, entrepreneurship & also finance...I am interested in applying to a few Masters programs in public policy considering my work background...Public policy schools I have in mind are (UT-Austin & U-MD in particular)

Probably will apply to several programs in each focus listed...I don't have a strong math background only having completed through Calc I & I am looking for some feedback on my profile and some thoughts on whether I stand a chance getting into any program, I don't have the hopes of landing a faculty position at Harvard or anything, I am interested in a faculty position at a "teaching institution." Also, if there's anything I need to add to enhance my profile that is suggested or necessary, please let me know! Thanks a lot to everyone and I appreciate any feedback that can be offered!

Thanks!
