I have a 3.8 GPA at a private undergraduate business school in New York City. Major is Finance with minors in economics and psychology. I am looking to apply to PhD programs in Management of Orgainzations or other similar fields, but I do not have a math background beyond Calculus I. Is it even worth it for me to apply to such PhD programs?

Not worth it? Not necessarily.

However, most business doctoral programs require you to have Calculus I & II, Linear Algebra, and Mathematical Statistics/Econometrics under your belt before applying. You can probably enroll in an undergrad institution as a non-degree seeking applicant and finish those off in one term.
