PhD with 3.3 GPA

<p>I will apply for PhD program in Pharmaceutical science for fall 2014. I already finished my MS in pharmaceutical Engineering with 3.3 GPA. No Research Experience. I finished my undergrad with 3.11. I did bad in first two years but I made it up later. I am working in a pharmacy right now. I didn't take the GRE yet. Do you guys think I have a chance with this GPA??</p>
