PHEAA Grant

I filled out the FAFSA4caster to estimate my federal aid, but I can't find any tool to do this for PHEAA. Is there any way for me to estimate this?

EFC: $2 (according to FAFSA4caster)
Gross Income: $24,600
Family Size: 3 (I will be only college student)

Here is the booklet from PHEAA for 2013-2014 (page 5 has the calculations)

The final PHEAA grant amounts can go up or down a little depending upon how much the state appropriates each year.

As best as I can tell, the PHEAA grants are based upon the list price of your college, before any scholarships or aid. They also treat money held in a PA. 529 account very favorably in calculating your need.

If you go to college outside of PA, you will be ineligible for any grant in some states (such as NJ and NY), and only eligible for small grants in other states (such as Va and Del). Students often don’t know about that factor when they are comparing colleges.
