Philly/PA residents, please help!!!

676 often backs up at Broad St., but you can go around that if you aren’t getting off there. Then it backs up again at the split to go E or W on the Schuylkill. and if you head towards Penn you get caught in the train station traffic. The Parkway exit can back up, too, but it takes longer for that to happen and it clears up faster.

I’d be curious if someone could park their car and jump on a bike along the east-west bikelanes across Center City and get there faster than driving.

On Walnut St. in Center City during rush hour, I used to be able to walk faster than driving.

I think the Septa R-7 is your best bet.

There are several stops right off 95, but your easiest is Cornwells Heights which has the big Park and Ride exit right off 95S near just near Woodhaven Road.

Even cutting through the city (Callowhill or 22nd) at that time of day doesn’t work too well.
